Booking Policy
Arrival
To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to prepare for your treatment and helps us stay on schedule.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your treatment time may be shortened or rescheduling may be needed to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 100,000 KIP per hour per person is required for all appointments.

For waxing appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 100,000 KIP is required per person.
Payment Methods:

Deposits can be made via cash, bank transfer, and E-Banking QR Code.

For customers with no Lao bank account, QR Code payment can be made via LocaPay or EzyKip App.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 3 hours or more before the appointment will result in the deposit being applied to a future service.

Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule their appointment once without losing their deposit, provided they notify us at least 3 hours in advance.

No-Show Policy:

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay the full service cost for future bookings.
Exceptions:
Special circumstances, such as medical emergencies, may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please arrive clean and fresh for your treatments. In case you would like to use the shower before treatments, please let us know in advance.

Be mindful of the privacy of others. Avoid taking photos or videos in treatment areas, and respect personal boundaries during services.

Share any preferences or concerns with your therapist before your treatment begins. This ensures a more personalized experience.

Gratuity:
Gratuities are appreciated for excellent service. If you wish to leave a tip, it is typically around 15-20% of the service cost.

Children and Guests:
For a tranquil environment, we recommend that children accompany you only if they are receiving treatments.

Inform your therapist of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your treatment. This helps us provide a safe and effective service.
